1. The Archaeology: concepts, fundamental ideas and evolution. Discovery of the ancient world. From the anticuarity and Cabinets of Curiosities to the current world.
2. Analysis of the principal theoretical and methodological currents of this science. Principal currents of interpretation and research: his evolution in the 20th century.
3. The archaeology like multidisciplinary and timeless science. The archaeology and his use in the study of the different historical periods.
4. The archaeological method. From the excavation to the publication of the results.
5. Archaeology and the study of the environment of the man. Archaeology of the landscape and territory. Underwater Archaeology.
6. The Archaeology and the study of the settlements. Places and remains shelter. Urban Archaeology. Methodological guidelines for his study.
7. The Archaeology and the study of the production. Material remains of the production, consumption and trade. Typology. Cataloguing. Methodological guidelines for his study.
